Hayley Alexander, MPH

Hayley Alexander, MPH is an experienced public health leader with 10 years of experience in population health improvement in Louisiana and across the Gulf Coast, believing that health is the foundation of resilience. She serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Transformation at the Louisiana Public Health Institute. In this role, she is working to transform Community Health Clinics into Learning Resilience Hubs – energy-independent, climate-adaptive healthcare facilities that remain operational before, during, and after disruptions and disasters.

Hayley brings expertise in business strategy, quality improvement, evaluation, and community engagement. She has a keen eye for efficiency and implements operational improvements through collaborative processes.  Hayley has a background in evaluation, with a focus on statewide assessments and improvement plans for health systems and local governments. She works collaboratively to facilitate growth and improvement by building teams, fostering trust, and working toward shared goals through equity and strengths-based approaches.
