LPHI is studying how pregnant women and new mothers in Louisiana get medical care and their experiences before, during, and after pregnancy.

This study involves taking an online survey and possibly participating in a virtual interview.

• Survey participants can enter a raffle to win a $100 gift card.

• Participants selected for an interview will receive a $50 gift card upon completion of the interview.

Take the survey if you are:

• 18 years old or older

• Currently pregnant or have given birth in Louisiana in the past 3 years

• Able to complete the survey in English or Spanish

• Have received prenatal care from at least one provider during their most recent pregnancy
