Evaluation and ResearchProviding high-quality information for evidenced-based decision making
We have extensive experience in conducting community and organizational assessments for a variety of public and private partners. Assessments involve the collection and synthesis of existing and new data to assess needs, inform program and business planning, develop recommendations for priority setting, and inform decision making.
We work with programs to define evaluation aims and develop evaluation designs that are feasible given resource capacity and timelines, including data collection strategy, sampling methods, and analytic strategy. The team has expertise in Developmental Evaluation (Ongoing Process Evaluation); Implementation Evaluation (Process Evaluation); and Outcome Evaluation/Impact Studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
The Evaluation and Research team works closely with health systems stakeholders to design and execute specialized analytics projects using clinical data from insurance claims, administrative services, or medical records. The team is highly skilled at analyzing large datasets to compare local and national health statistics and interpreting these findings from a health economic and health services perspective.
Our staff provides expert technical support and full service training to community organizations to build capacity to design and implement evaluation and research studies and to use evaluation and research findings for programmatic and organizational decision making.
