An important outcome related to LPHI’s Strategic Growth Initiative was the revision of LPHI’s organizational structure. Through an interactive process involving the entire LPHI staff, the institute collectively refined its structure and communications flow to better support the organizations mission.

Based on the newly revised organizational structure, LPHI programs and projects now generally fall within five distinct Divisions:
